Don L. Castellarin, DDS

Dr. Don Castellarin grew up on the east side of Cleveland admiring his father’s profession in dentistry. In 1987 he took over his father’s practice after completing his education at Walsh Jesuit, Bowling Green University, and The Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry.

In 2002 he continued his education, earning his master’s at the well-renowned Las Vegas Institution, which specializes in the integration of comprehensive diagnosis, contemporary techniques, and technology.

Dr. Don loves sports, and he enjoys playing golf and coaching football. One of his and his wife Sylke’s favorite pastimes is rooting for their favorite player…their son Donny, who has grown into a fine young man.

Sara – Office Coordinator joined our team in 2003. Sara loves building relationships with all of our patients. She will make sure to help you maximize any insurance benefits and make your care affordable. She lives in Lakewood with her husband and their two children. When not enjoying time with our patients, she loves to travel.

Susan – Hygienist has been practicing with Dr. Castellarin since 2002. She brings 23 years of dental experience in different phases of dentistry including pediatrics, and periodontics. Sue enjoys continually growing and learning in her field in order to provide our patients the best quality of care in a gentle and caring manner. Her free time is spent enjoying time with her family.

Carrie – Treatment Coordinator joined our team in 2012. She is dedicated to exceeding her patients’ expectations and making them feel welcome and comfortable during their visit. Carrie enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, especially if it is outdoors.
